Dream World and Mugwort.

So it is 3:23 am on a Tuesday.  I took an exceedingly long nap at 6 pm and didn't wake up until about 11:00 pm.  When I woke up I was disoriented and very upset because I slept so long and planned on making a really nice dinner for my family.  I am on my 4th day of my Moon Cycle and I know that can make my emotions run extremely high.

About 2 minutes ago I started drinking a cup of Mugwort Tea.  I only put about a teaspoon's worth of this herb in a coffee filter and steeped it for about  2 minutes. This is the first time I have taken this specific herb as a tea.  I read about it recently.  I found out that it helps people recall their dreams and that it acts as a plant guide in your dream time.

People have also reported that Mugwort gave  them really lucid dreams.  I have lucid dreams often so I wonder if it will increase the amount of lucid dreams. It is also known to give some dreamers astral travel adventures.  I have astral traveled many times but it was never completely planned out before I went to sleep that was my intention.

I have the intention with Mugwort to ask this herb if I can be guided to find a way to stay emotional balanced through out the day to help me stay focused.  When I am on my moon time things can get a bit discombobulated in my head.  I smoke Cannabis on a regular basis so that helps with concentration big time.

It is now over 10 minutes into drinking the Mugwort Tea and I must say that I am feeling a bit drowsy and you know what this tea does not taste as bitter as I have read many to describe herb to be.  I did however put a pinch of spearmint in with it.

Sailors are said to have used it to smoke in place of tobacco. They found that Mugwort was much less harsh on the the throat than tobacco. Tomorrow I will experiment in the nighttime with smoking it to see what effects it has on my body for bedtime.

I will report on the effects and my dream time tomorrow as a result of ingesting Mugwort Tea.  I must say that so far I feel drowsy and feel it hard to continue you typing.  Yet the taste of the Mugwort is quite pleasant to me.

Pleasant Dreams
